Understanding and Working with Throttl Packages
This guide provides information on packages, how to purchase any of our Digital Growth Advisor monthly services.
What is a Throttl Package?
A Throttl package consists of deliverables that can be purchased and assigned based on your skill set matching the package requirements. A package could comprise defined deliverables or a specified number of hours for completion by you, the expert.
Working on a Package:
Clients visit the Throttl pricing page to match deliverables with their requirements, add to cart, and make a purchase.
The client or Throttl sales team onboard the package and assign it to you via the client;s Dashboard.
You'll receive an email notification similar to this:
"Hi Expert Name,
Client Name has assigned you to a job:
Digital Growth Advisor - Bronze
Log into your Throttl Dashboard to manage your project."
Choosing the Right Package:
If you're unsure about a project assignment, forward the email to support@throttl.com to reassign the project.
Understanding Onboarding:
The client names the package within the dashboard.
Access onboarding information by clicking the blue hyperlink package name in your expert dashboard.
Expect to find:
Onboarding Questions: Click OPEN QUESTIONNAIRE.
Project Description: Click EDIT DESCRIPTION.
Added briefing attachments or URL links (e.g., Dropbox or Google Drive).
Editing and Deleting Sections:
You can edit sections like project descriptions and add notes throughout the project.
You can remove text from the project description but not delete uploaded assets.
Action Required Status:
If your package dashboard shows "Action Required," it indicates the client hasn't completed all four package onboarding steps.
Working with Incomplete Onboarding:
You can still work on the project, edit descriptions, and add assets.
You won't be able to request payment until the package is fully onboarded.
